Medicinal ingredients: Ethyl alcohol(Alcohol, Ethanol) - 75 %
Recommended use or purpose: Antibacterial (skin) cleanser. Antiseptic (skin) cleanser. Kills harmful bacteria/germs.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Aqua, TEA-Carbomer - 1%, Parfum, Aloe barbadensis leaf extract - 0.2%, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Essential Oil, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, This product does not contain mercury.
Recommended dose: Adults 18 years and older: Supervise children when they use this product. For occasional and personal domestic use. Rub thoroughly into hands for at least 30 seconds. Allow to dry. Apply enough product to thoroughly cover hands.
Cautions and warnings: Flammable. Keep away from open flame and sources of heat. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away. Stop use and ask/consult a doctor/physician/health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional if irritation develops. When using this product avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Contraindications: Do not use on children/infants less than 2 years of age (unless directed by a doctor/physician/ health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional).
Recommended storage conditions: Do not store above 110°F (43°C).

Our processing time for orders may take up to 24-48 hours. Once processed, the estimated delivery time can take anywhere from 1-14 business days depending on the shipping destination and courier capacity.
*Factory pre-order items will be shipped based on the timeline provided in the product description of each item.
Free Shipping*: For a limited time only, free shipping option is applied on all orders over $39 except oversized items (indicated in product descriptions), for most areas within North America shipped via Canada Post regular parcel or UPS Standard delivery service.

Local Delivery
$10 Local Delivery service can be provided to customers within 40km driving distance from our Etobicoke location.
Refunds
For sanitary reasons and due to the nature of our products, being mostly health and personal care items, all our sales are final. Therefore, refunds will not be provided.
Exchanges
If your item is either defective or damaged, it may be exchanged for an identical item, subject to the availability of such item in our stock. If an identical item is not available, we may offer you an analogous item or, if not available, we will issue a refund. The initial shipping cost is not refundable.
For a defective or damaged item to be eligible for exchange or refund: (i) an email notifying us of your intention to return an item shall be received by us within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase; and (ii) a defective or damaged item shall be returned to us within 14 calendar day of the initial purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for a return shipping. However, we will bear the shipping cost for delivery of an exchanged item to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
