Our processing time for orders may take up to 24-48 hours. Once processed, the estimated delivery time can take anywhere from 1-14 business days depending on the shipping destination and courier capacity.

Free Shipping*: For a limited time only, free shipping option is applied on all orders over $39 except oversized items (indicated in product descriptions), for most areas within North America shipped via Canada Post regular parcel or UPS Standard delivery service.

Next day Curbside Pickup is available for customers in the Greater Toronto Area, ON. For Curbside Pickups, please select Pickup during checkout.
$10 Local Delivery service can be provided to customers within 40km driving distance from our Etobicoke location.
For sanitary reasons and due to the nature of our products, being mostly health and personal care items, all our sales are final. Therefore, refunds will not be provided.
If your item is either defective or damaged, it may be exchanged for an identical item, subject to the availability of such item in our stock. If an identical item is not available, we may offer you an analogous item or, if not available, we will issue a refund. The initial shipping cost is not refundable.
For a defective or damaged item to be eligible for exchange or refund: (i) an email notifying us of your intention to return an item shall be received by us within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase; and (ii) a defective or damaged item shall be returned to us within 14 calendar day of the initial purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for a return shipping. However, we will bear the shipping cost for delivery of an exchanged item to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
